Hello. My name is Owen. I'm from Denver Colorado but was born in Ft. Worth Texas. I grew up on the TI-99, and we had plenty of gear... as my father was warehouse manager for a company called Tronics in Ft. Worth. Tronics distributed Texas Instruments home computers and accessories exclusively. We moved around from state to state... My father's schooling and his preaching at first... Then we moved to Kentucky after he finished his doctorate and took a teaching position at Southern Seminary here in Louisville, KY.

In the winter of my 13th year, I was given a guitar for Christmas. Since then I have been a musician. I spent many years playing in blues and rock bands. until the spring of 2006. I was offered a fill-in gig for a country singer. I hadn't played country before, but found a bond with the sounds of Hank Williams, Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I have since played for 3 different country acts, travelled the country from Grand Junction, CO to Grand Rapids, MI, to Naples and Key West, FL playing country music. *** I am a singer and songwriter as well, and have recorded many original songs in Louisville and Nashville. I am currently in the preparation process for recording an original album... outlaw country style.

I got into computer programming out of the feeling of satisfaction it gave me. Input information correctly and you will INVARIABLY receive a pre-determined result. It's justice at its finest. =) In any case, I will have a few programs I have written posted in the Download section of my page.
